Count me in!

Our solution

1. Create an Outlet

At GoodLyfe we offer an outlet for young people to come and feel safe. Whether it's our gyms, our camps, or even our app, we create spaces that foster a healthy pursuit of physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.

2. Form Community

When it comes to youth success, community is key! Mentorship from coaches and staff through our classes, app, and events are just the start. It's the growing GoodLyfe network that allows youth to know that the support goes beyond their own community but from whereto might be too. Our team provides the backbone and connection for youth in our program to experience mentorship in a way that is friendly, faith-based, and future focused. Meanwhile, the community found within the gym amongst peers helps formulate bonding through mutual goal chasing, common circumstance, and of course, hitting a tough workout together!

3. Pursue Purpose

What's hope without purpose? As a catalyst for hope, the common message we preach across our platforms is purpose. We offer hope through the gospel of Jesus's life and death while sharing how that freedom can lead us to help others which in turn, provides purpose! Our goal is for students to leave our classes and events filled up, confident, and excited to take on the future.

Youth Fitness not only can create common community, but is shown to improve overall physical health,  mental health, self-esteem, and even academic/workplace achievement.

I want to support!

But Don't just take it from us...

Learn how fitness benefits youth not only physically, but mentally too.
